In BF2 in the audio options you can choose a setting that allows you to have all armies speak english, but I would like to have it so you can choose any armies language as the default for all armies.

For example USMC speaking in Chinease
Chinease speaking MEC

But what I really want is them all to speak the SAS english from Special forces. I like it even though most of us Brits dont even sound like that.

Hmm dunno, can help you on the battlefield that the armies speak what they supose to speak, otherwise you think they are allies or something. and others like SAS/others, i think no, leave that in SF.

Thats why its an option. You dont have to have it set up that way

I'd like to see, that you can make every team speak in USMC language (which is possible) but that, when you play as USMC, you here a MEC speaking MEC'ish and not USMC's. Example:

Karkand, USMC. I run somewhere, suddenly I hear, "Clear, allright, you're good to go". Well, if you don't watch the text in the hud, this can come from either teammates or enemies. This can be quite frustrating from time to time, as for: are there enemies around me or what?

Oh I didn't even know that you can make everyone speak English!
Man I gotta change it right now. can't stand playing MEC or China when I don't understand it.
That means I have to READ what people request, I prefer to hear it..

yeah that would be cool, every army speaking english but with their own accents

would be funny to here a chinese guy saying in english with his accent "your good to go"

I think altering the voices and changing them are in the Objects_client file which Punkbuster monitors. You could probably switch the voices to have USMC speak PLA or MEC and any combination but you wouldn't be able to connect to any Ranked servers with Punkbuster.
