This seems to work for a lot of people. Get yourself a buggy or a Humvee or something, and follow the armour around, (at a safe distance.) If they get into a tank fight, park behind it so you're repairing while it's fighting. Having some wheels also means you can get to damaged assets quickly and park next to them to repair.
Act as suport to your teams armour column, you can remove mines for them, repair bridges and repair them. I know you don't get points for the first two, but you can earn some kudos at least.

I have it. Took me weeks, a lot of frustration and in the end pure fortune.
I got it after a not that long round (< 3/4 hour) on Daqing (imagine!) with an enemy squad that constantly blew up the commander tools and base raped to a certain extent. They always managed to have at least one guy surviving and the other members spawned on him. To be honest, I was not that interested into killing them all when I came close to the 15, then to the 20... The rest were normal, hard earned repair points, what made it difficult to reach the 25 before the round ended. Right men, right time!

i got them all classes in expert but explosives for which I do not have patience, and find it unfair that you can't throw them now. But engineer karkand is your best bet
