Well i was on sharqi and USMC and i was repeatedly in the chopper then i was getting heatseeked from hotel. How is it that the heatseeks work from hotel enough to hit the pad of the tv station everytime? It doesnt work for me the heat isnt even detected that far. Was this cheats? The guy was just laughing and calling me a noob but it doesnt work. He had some cheat or exploit going. discuss
I take down the TV Station chopper all the time using the Hotel AA. You just have to wait for the chopper to power up. It's not a cheat.im_in_heaven wrote:

never heard of it? Was it AA or tv guided missle. I would understand tv guided missles but not AA
Not a cheat, IMO a glitch..
You can also lock on from Surv. Post flag's AA

AA missles have a lock on range of about 175- 200m
and on sharqi u go out of view distance at about 130-145m so they lock on at that distance and shoot
its not a glich it is coded into the game
do u think missles IRL cant fire because they cant visual see there targets?

hmmm it wasnt tv guided it was AA from hotel and didnt work when i tried it numerous times. So i guess it works for some but not others?
The TV station chopper can be hit from Hotel or Survelience post. other wise they have a HUGE advantage and choppers would be unbalanced.
The copter has to be pilot occupied first before you can lock-on. The TOW on the other hand, just needs sharp-shooting.im_in_heaven wrote:
