I thought with these medals you don't get a drumroll anyway! UBAR, I believe says that:

Generally you do not receive this medal during the round, but it will appear in your stats anonymously.

So I don't think you're missing anything.

No I recieved my USA one last year with a drumroll I belive, I take a SC of every "ingame" medal and that was one of them.

Ive been working my ass off trying to get up to 500 hrs to get combat infantry medal and the marksman infantry medal, playing every chance i get, and yesterday i signed in to notice that i now have the Navy Cross. Nice to see i guess......but then i see that im still far from getting the MEC and PLA medals....
