Throw a grenade into a blackhawk, making sure it doesnt role out. It vanishes after it spazzes. Well thats what im getting on mine. Its anoying when you see a nice ready to depart one, to bad your grenades are useless.
How about this bug come close to a chineese vehicle using alt fire drop a grenade on hud, it dissappears

Has happened to me as well, did you try throwing one somewhere else? Didn't matter in my case.
yeah, I have had it happen to me. I have also seen AT mines and granades hand thrown or not fall through the deck of the Essex.
yeah also with AT mines, slippery devils.
