Well, I haven't played BF in a long time, so I decided to have a game yesterday.

I played a few rounds of Dalian and 1 or 2 of Dragon Valley.

Today I check my stats and I receieve both the Golden Scimitar and the Navy Cross yesterday how can I receieve the Golden Scimitar when I didn't even play MEC PLUS I have over almost 700 wins as USMC and only just recieved it.

I had the same thing happen:  I was expecting to get the Golden Scimitar, but was nowhere close to the requirements for Navy Cross according to UBAR or whatever...but when I checked my stats after I was pretty sure I would have received the GS, I had BOTH the Navy Cross and Golden Scimitar.  I have nowhere near 250hr as USMC so I'm guessing since you get them both at the same time it has something to do with overall Theatre time now and not time in that specific army (which seems odd).  Who knows when to expect the People's Medallion...

On an aside *don't flame me for not searching I gotta go to work right now*:  who double check's all the requirements for the medals, etc. in UBAR ?  Is someone actually in contact with developers about these requisites, or is it simply figured out thru trial & error and a lot of people's input?

You got them because the regs aint 250 hours anymore but 100 hours, so you can expect the PLA Medal wenn you have 100 hours as PLA played
