I'm probably the only person in the world that has gotten the Combat Infantry Medal before reaching Sergeant Major. Of course.......I REALLY sucked when I first started playing......so I spent a lot of hours getting my ass kicked. Now I'm at 500 hrs.....and still not Sergeant Major.
Nope,me too.
I got Marksman Infantry Medal before Sgt.Major.
And I got Sgt.Major yesterday with 629 hours of play.
Ok,90 hours of it are command and I'm a lazy sniper most of the time. And I don't have that "big of an ego" to get 2000 points a day(or even play every day) just to feel superior over some 12 year old kids.
A lot of "skill" comes from your system, whether some people don't like to hear this or not,it's true.
I got my ass kicked so badly the first week of play when I only had 512 MB RAM that it took a long time to get a positive k/d-ratio.
Then with 1 gig of RAM it got better but frequent jerkyness f*cked up my gameplay a lot of times, now I have 2 gigs of RAM and my gameplay got way better.
