To disable the startup movies, find the bf2 shortcut on your desktop, right click and go to properties.
In there, in the target box, type +restart 1 after the other + stuff.
For example

Code:

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +restart 1

If you want to log straight into your account when clicking on the bf2 shortcut, have this -

Code:

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +restart 1 +playerName -[Silver.Inc* +playerPassword *******

also if you're feeling super un-lazy, you go to..

*:\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Movies
*:\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\movies

and just change the file extension to something other than .bik
