Im for 2142 all the way, im ready for a new game after 1000+ hours, i dont know about {TA}FireStorm or BlaZin.UK, But i want to start over with all the bugs and glitchs if it means a new game, it really wasnt that bad having different glitchs and bugs, i think it added more to the game .

Ive already expounded upon the faults of Quakewars, however. In summation, its gonna be Quake 3 style ground pounding combat, with pretty but fairly useless vehicles - combined with totally unbalanced play. you think you complain about the PKM, J-10, and whatnot, wait till you see some of the stuff in QW. Read my prediction, and come serve under me when you find it true.
And wtf is everybody all like "omg they have lighsabers and lasers and deathstars and TIE fighters"
if you watch the video, they are still using guns, and not even with caseless ammo - you can see the 'neer-bots raining empty casings when they fire. if they dont have lasers, im sure they dont have light-vibro-whateverthehell swords/knives/sticks. Its not like they decided to try to make "Battlefield: Star Wars" and whatnot...most of the stuff in the video isnt far fetched at all.
I do however wonder, how do you launch pods from those vehicles? Do you get to "lock on" to the landing pad? do you aim it and hope for the best? do you just have to be within range? Is there a certain area you have to launch from?
...Do 'neers get to put down the stationary guns that you see in the video? if so, i can only imagine spamming those all around a capture point. that will be great. Just spamming 'neer-bots will be great fun for point defense.

Eventually its for another markert.. maybe younger.. and shure some "army fans" and "soldiers wanna be" would find it gay, starwarstic or disco fever; whatever word they use.. But hey!! thank good we are gonna have another bunch of hopefully nice open mind people playing a good game. Its ok for me.
this is the second online game i play.. first was WoW i didnt get it but people was okey nice.. but some bf2 comunity its kind of "chuck norriest - rambo fan guy", so maybe this bf2142 helps a bit.
