For future reference, it seems that this top-level domain name is available for purchase (hint, hint, nudge, nudge) Quick, before that guy who made bf2e.com swoops in and buys it!

Just thought I'd mention it considering how many BF2142 topics have begun popping up in the BF2S-Chatter section. I mean, it sounds like a cool game and all, but as much as I know I'll be buying it on release day, in my humble opinion this stuff should go in its own subsection. Not necessarily for my benefit, but to make it easier to find the BF2142-relevant stuff amidst the BF2 material.

Not a complaint...I was just bored and decided to type that into my address bar and roffle'd at the result.

I wonder what the price is on that URL...just let me know and I'll click those Google ads as many times as it takes

IMO a domain name is free if you get a 404 when trying to get there. If you don't, someone else nicked it first. This company probably gets a several offers from sites that want to have the name, and it being still available is probably because they want the hype to grow larger before they accept a bid. Just my 2 cents though, know nuthin about domain name business.

How is the domain available anyway? Its been purchased by someone using GoDaddy which has stuck a holding page on it cos the owner hasn't configured any hosting yet. A 404 would have mean that it might be available, but even then might not. If you really wanna know try a whois search next time.
