he obviously still usees the commander glitch. He has 5 commander hours and 10000 command points. So he bascially makes 2000 commander points an hour. Which is impossible k thanks.

I know who this guy is, He had his stats reset, then he got back up to 12k after he was reset. Like betterd noodle said, you keep the rank.
Looks like he got wiped for commander exploiting (hence the expert command) and kept his rank.
