because the kills aren't one shot, and don't look as skillfull...i.e. :lining up shots, hitting people moving across the screen, taking out poeple driving cars, distance

Once I get my new rig up and running I'll see if I can get some video of myself firing the AK-101 of Justice. Just yesterday I had a 24-kill streak with that thing on Surge.
oo, i wish i had recorded me getting my expert assault, i couldnt beliee how good i was doing! either every1 was crap, or i was jsut on fire that night!
Personally I think a sort of "combat stunt" video would be much better and very cool.
-Insane LGM or TV shots
-Shooting down aircraft with tanks
-Destroying tanks with AA vehicles
-Long kill streaks
-Sniping
-Flying sideways and flinging bombs into hangars/shelters
-Dropping supply crates on people
-Running over people with helicopters or airplanes
-Long-distance AT or TOW shots
-Destroying tanks alone as AT
-Long-range GL shots (50m or more)

sniping is just cool. it takes skill to shoot a bunny in the head, and i dont mean the regular bunny.... i mean expert bunny. it olso takes skill with other weapons, but thats only cool if you alone win from at least 5 people, the more after that the better it becomes. unless its with a pkm type weapon.....
That would definately be a sweet video. Hopefully it would be shot by somebody with a solid computer so you don't have to go blind watching it, or lose all detail zooming in on a low resolution video.k30dxedle wrote:

These types of videos are rare because of the sheer amount of data needed and the high end systems required just to make a normal video, nevermind trying to compile wicked shots. That would take weeks of recording alone, nevermind filtering through the mess trying to find the good stuff.[FC]bigE wrote:

Recording videos while playing BF2 (an already demanding game) is obviously laggy and time consuming. Factoring in that you never know when sweet stuff is going to happen, the pure data storage and effort required would be enormous.
Even pre-planned clan videos are hugely time consuming from just the filming end, nevermind editing etc.
For example, my completely straightforward, no magic flying videos, required over 20GB of raw data for half-size resolution at a frame-rate of about 30fps for about 20 minutes of unedited video. Now factor in that in those 20 minutes, maybe one several second sweet thing happened - try compiling a several minute awesome video, and the filming and editing task, plus data storage would be enormous.
We all wish for a video like that, but it isn't likely to happen. Straight-forward videos are a big enough pain in the ass!

Probably because sniper is the most popular kit, so people make sniper videos. Anyway, there is more than just that. 'Think that there is only sniper videos? Think again. Look carefully at the Files section next time.

Because snipers are getting bored sitting in one place, doing nothing... So they sit here in the bushes and come up with creative ideas for sniper videos. Otherways, idk. I am not a sniper, I actually kill people... (no offence, that was a joke, kinda...)
