NO! all i want to know is that when you play bf2 do you are you downloading data cos my broadband only allows me to download 10G(gigabyte) and i want to play for a long time cos bf2 ROCKS!!!!!
I think he means what is the downstream bandwidth usage per hour for running bf2?
BF2 uses quite a lot..
For all of 2006 BF2 for me used the following.
Down --> 6133,88 MB
Up --> 1577.23 MB

But per hour how much would you use
Get a bandwidth monitor and a stop watch and work it out.
none
I think it depends how many players there is and what's the map size....-^Jackabo^-. wrote:

Download = transfer of data from teh interweb to your PC.
i have no idea really never thought about it. i would imagine quite a bit over a playing session. in the 100-200 megabyte range. possibly less
good thinking i m curious. im gonna log it tonite and see whats up
cox gaps my ass at 65 GB a month. which is plenty. but i do a lot of downloading. ive gone over 2 times this year. but they didnt really do shit. except send me a email notice warning me i was at the edge of my gap.
the only thing that really worries me when u reach a gap on bandwidth. is the IT heads over at cox or whatever service might snoop at all your packets and see what content you are getting.
but i doubt they will , unless your going over every month for a extended period.
people do get busted that way for piracy etc. but its rare i would think
