It must have happend to me three times by now at the most annoying time. Anyway, whenever I have a non repair kit and get/swap an engineer kit from the enemy and flip straight to the wrench it is "flash", bf2 crashes me right on to my desktop.

So I put this in the help section to see if someone can help me with this question.

Do you also have this problem or is it on my end?

ya thats really strange. i would assume some of ur files are corrupted. viruses like to hang out in ziped folders. try a scan see what u find.

can you run BF2 in windows mode?

How to run BF2 in windows mode

right click bf2 icon go to properties

find where it seas target and look for this line

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

change full screen from 1 to 0 or if its on 0 change it to 1

that will allow you to start BF2 in windows Mode ( half screen )

when you crash it will give you error message

Post up the error message in here and We will see what U got missing there
