This may seem odd to some of you, but I really like sniping on Daqing Oilfields, even though I rarely play on that map.  I just love finding a well camoflaged sniping nest in the many patches of trees throughtout the map, and picking guys off who don't have the slightest idea as to where I might be...

Otherwise I like Mashtuur, Karkand, and Sharqi.  Oh and I like Songhua Stalemate... and Fushe Pass, and Dragon Valley....  I can pretty much manage to enjoy sniping on any map.

Gotta be sharqi, but avoid the crane like the plague, i got a coupla nice spots though, where people NEVER look cuz they don't expect you to be there

because the flags are on a line, got one flag -> move to the next/fall back to the previous
you do not need long to find a good server
no airforce, tanks can be avoided
and a lot of kills with the SVD when the USMC try to take the hotel

Sharqi but not because of the crane.  The combat at sharqi is usually close to medium quarters and fairly intense.. which means that snipers can get a lot closer to their targets but still not attract much attention because enemies will be dealing with the troops right in front of them.  A good sniper can rake up a lot of kills on sharqi whether they are a long distance stealth-based sniper or a medium range combat-sniper.

Wakle island is my first gut I don't see it . So Gulf of Omen is 2cd. Don't play sniper but love when theres a forced battle at s. base and, beach or one at n. base and n village. Find a tree and , dig in with claymores around you.

Dragon valley, goin to the Us carrier and sniping them out of cockpit they allways think your far in those trees so the spin away from them and u can still shot them! [then they call u a hacker]
