hi if someone could help me whats going on i have

2.4ghz Celeron D
1.50GB DDR400
128mb 6600GT 500@900 Agp
Creative X-FI sound card
450watt psu
80gb hard drive

i struggle badely to play 64player maps and 32player maps evean if i put all graphics on low for 64player map its no better.and its still laggie on 32player maps with graphics on low and few on meadium

Your cpu isn't exactly a power house(AMD > INTEL), 2GB > 1.5GB, and ATI > Nvidia (let the ati vs nvidia bashing begin)

Get a video card that has 256 RAM, and the newest drivers.

You haven't tried playing playing BF2 with Windows' own drivers, have you?

i see can any one give me some good link to cheap pc parts

got updated driver's

just i can play games like fear on full grapics no prbos but bf2 #((

theres nothing wrong with your vid card or memory. i used a 6600gt agp and only a gig of ram and an old 478 p4 2.8ghz for a long time with bf2 @1024x768 with high detail from the start of bf2 and never had a problem with the game running slow even in heated battles. if you can upgrade to a normal pentium just do that.

if you can play fear with full detail then you should be able to play bf2 just fine. fear works a pc far more than bf2 does.

thats what i thought about fear awell i figer that bf2 requires more prosessing power
