A Member of the -=K.w.a=- clan kicked me for base rape!!! I were on my way to the market when i gunned down a Kwa Member and for the moment i was like 25/3 in kills. My question to the =KWA= is are you always kicking when you face stiff competion????

Clans exist for many reasons. They all have stated policies. I don't know this clan nor their policies, but if you were kicked purely for your skills, that's very lame.
BUT...
If they have a stated policy and they felt you violated it, then that's why they PAY for the server...in order to kick folks and control the server. If they routinely violate the ROE, they'll get theirs in the end.
Insulting them here and being a jerk isn't going to stop them...won't likely raise EA's eyebrows, either...and without proof, we are left with your word versus a server admin who kicked you based on what appears to be a stated policy.
If you don't like playing there...don't like their behavior/style of play, then move on...unless they violate the ROE, you are simply grousing for no valid reason.

What do a stories say and gives birth serve will be go want to do goes nagging over the kwa clan, If it you not in that then you really somewhere else away there so, n 6000 servers and then you courses over something nowhere over?, firstly as you admin had been or was your own servers been it and pay you that also 280 Euros for 1x per 3 months then same do and see that some men not normal can play and points get over other men back, And most players become yet nicely warned friend. Was he camping enemy flags or his own team's flags? IMO, a tank isn't for taking flags anyway (it SHOULD sit in back and provide support for the infantry), but if he did it for ages and that's all he did, that's kinda lame.

@ innermonkey...... Parked his tank near Hotel (in MEC hands) and didnt even move it around. Just kept shooting spawning MEC-members. Some of them never even got a change too move. So that is kinda lame...

Why not spawn somewhere else?
Why not take the AT kit and kill him?
Why not secure your perimeter with AT Mines?
I tend to believe it had to do with you not being able to stand the fact that he had a tactical advantage.
Adapt in combat, kicking is such a low action.
The armor serves a support role. If he supresses the enemy at one point so his teammates can move in/take another flag.
I never bitch and moan if I get raped, nor do I start kick votes/ cry for an admin.
I switch kits and make the bastard regret his actions.
If he was standing still than he was the #1 AT target.

I would accept it IF, and only if, it's clearly stated in the server rules (albeit a silly f'in) rule that you can't use armor near a cappable spawn point.

Dont know who to support in this case, I dont freak out when getting base raped, i change kits and try to fight my way out and thats one reason why i love the game, you can adjust ur game completly for different situations. However if a guy just sits in a tank and attacks infantry while avoiding the other tanks, then thats just being an ass. I have seen guys in tanks run a mile when bloody APC come rolling down them there hills and that simply is not team play. A tank should take the other large vehicles on and who cares if you get killed and lose ur streak or medal at least you have probably helped your team win the map by engaging and damaging the APC/tank.
But when you have the enemies armour then by all means squish the infantary thats the reward for taking their armour spawn points

mmm think KWA have lost this they definatly wrong in my opinion.
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.
Possible solutions to this situaton:
- c4
- jihading
- AT squad strike (3 well placed shots on his track)
- smoke grenades / teargas for cover
or, for the hotel spawn a more skillfull action;
- use the HJ-8 and curve it around the building

It is clearly stated in our rules that Basecamping is not aloud.
And I don't really care if he had a "tactical advantage" he WAS basecamping and that is why he got kicked.
BTW he didn't camp me (I was on his team) so the "not up too the challenge" theory doesn't fly..
I don't want to waste anymore of my time in this useless debate about one off the most used kick-reasons. So think what ever you want and if you don't like our decisions......STAY OUT OFF OUR SERVER.....PLEASE !!!
