Did all stat gaining yesterday amount to nothing?

I have not received 2 awards I got around 3am during the nite; 9 hours ago...

I busted my ass to get the Expert Explosives Ordinance before the patch requirments and now its not there...

I know Iv had to wait for like 4 hours before, but I figured Id have it by now...

I was on a ranked server!
