Put simply, I went Commander to try the vehicle drop on an empty wake server.
When zoomed right in, and you then zoom out one level - the screen changes to your first person view (so you see your gun) and then goes to the second zoom level. I got this everytime I did this whilst commander.
Anyone else get this?

yes - I was sitting in an AA and everytime I zoomed in and out an imprint of the stinger reticle was there for a couple of seconds

I think 1.3 should be called " the patch hat broke the world record for amount of thigs F****d up in one patch". it's a shame they couldn't have allowed boat drops really. make enemy boats REALLY spottable on karkand. and tank dropos. and even better, aircraft drops (or heli dropd) (j/k, but it would be less F**ed up)
