Evidently this guy has Klingon cloaking technology, however as the Klingons discovered at Khitomer they can't be fully cloaked whilst firing their weapons. Hence! Why his gun is visible.

Here is my opinion when you swapped teams, the guy spawned at the same time as you while you lagged, which made him invisible, ( I can honestly say I never herd of predator hack and I know Casper don't like guns )

Other common things that happen, red name bug, weapons hanging in front of character, and other weird stuff

Lol i was just taking a walk because i heard sniper shots.. but didnt saw any snipers. And i never lag (only get disconnected of servers :S lamo bf2 bug).

And his account is NEW just a few hours. So maybe he called his account to his "HACK!"
