Hi guys,
I know how to use BF2 Server Launcher and get my own server running but how do I find out the global IP for it, so someone somewhere else can join it?
I am one a Home LAN and whenever I set it up, the only IP the server displays is my local network address (192.168.2.3). I have my static IP written down at home somewhere but isn't that the IP of the router and not the computer running the server?
In short, if you were to set up a server on a LAN through a router, what connections settings would outsiders need?
