Yes, you get the points as long as the server doesn't crash.

Why do you need proof from us?  Join a game, get some points, leave, and come back.  Your total will still remain intact.  Get a few more points, leave again, and watch your stats (eventually) update.  There's your proof.

Ok, this is from what i know and have seen...

The stats will and will not save, they are on a timer of sorts every so and so minutes it will record and save whatever you have at the time. Hence why if you leave the server with 50 point and come back with 39, that was the last time it saved your (probaly all players in server) stats.

Also from what ive seen, when you gain a medal, badge or ribbon. I think i saves what you have there once you get it. But i dont think its perfect and server lag may not save it at quick, so dont leave one you get it.

You get all your points and all medals/badges/ribons.... even when you leave before the round is over or YOU get disconnected. All the info is on the server. But the information will be transfered to ?BFHQ/EA? at the end of the round. So you will probably loose your earnings if the server crashes. Another problem is, that the ?BFHQ/EA Server? don't show your earnings imedatly on weekends as the is lots of traffic (i think). But you don't loose it. Just wait a day and you will have all your earnings.
Another trap are negative scores you get for example for changing the team (-2). When you leave a match, come back and you got teamchanged. Now you change the team yourself..... and on some servers with autobalance and unbalanced teams you will get transfered back and loose 2 point.

My tip: Just try it. Start a round. Make some points. Leave. And when you are shore the match is over, go and have a look at your stats. You got the points. And even the "win" or "loose". The only time you don't get the win/loose is when you have never spawned on a server. So when you log in a match but you don't spawn you will not get the win/loose point.

Yeah, I think I'm done with stats in this game.  Since 1.3, especially.  Was on a 25-0 tear in Karkand on Cainslair.com last night -- beating my kill streak by some ways -- and I guess the server crashed. 

This kind of thing happens all the time, especially when the guys that pay for the server aren't having such a good round, so who cares?  And I don't have a big hate-on for EA and Dice, before the defence attorneys show up to STFU me into submission...  I just think they shouldn't promise something they can't deliver.
