I've been contemplating leaving my clan and starting up my own with a couple people, maybe another clan mate or interested party that can split the costs. I'm just tired of playing with mediocre players and people that aren't ever on.
But what's required and what's the easiest way of starting one up? I know starting up a website with forums would be essential, but there has to be more than that.
