There are a few ways to utilize AA.
1. lock on fire quickly
2. lock on wait for flares, flares get fired wait for the relock then fire.
One good tactic which i dont see many people useing and i hope they start is waiting for flares (dont wait to long of course), as soon as flares are used up mover your AA so only the choper or jet is in the AA site not the flares.
forinstance flares usually go down and out the sides / back. so move the AA above the chopper or jet so the lock radar will have the aircraft at the bottom of it. this will automaticlly eliminate the flares and lock directly back onto the aircraft almost as if they never set there flares off. then fire away.. Or quickly move the AA sites out of site of the flares and back on the aircraft trying not to get the flares in site... this has to be done quickly..
for those that already know sorry for waisting your time.. For others i hope this helps.
