Do you have something that makes you "play better?" Right now I'm using the preifx JTR for Jack the Ripper...and well, i'm surgical with the sniper rifle....not that I wasn't back then.

Alcohol. Not too much. I get nervous in tense situations. Couple pints or shots do me good while playing BF2 and SF. Before company softball games too. My batting average seems to rise at the same rate as my blood/alcohol level
I just need my Dew or Dr. Pepper and I am good.

I have a shot casing from a 410 my friend was shooting that nailed me in the head (I was about 15 feet away from him) while we where trap shooting. I don't know why but I feel like I play better when I have it on my desk. It's wierd I feel that way since I have never really believed in luck, just skill, which I have very little of....
A little bit of alcohol seems to go along way in game. Of course, there's something of a bell curve pattern, as in skill increases a little bit, and then falls sharply once you drink too much. As for smoking, well, lets just say my gunners got frustrated when I would spend minutes at a time flying the 'scenic route'.Fredrik wrote:

jk, and for me, i don't have a good luck charm so much as a "zone". yeah i'm lame and have that, but it just seems that sometimes i get into a mode where i'm just real awesome... other times i'm ok, and then others i just plain suck

You know albuterol? It's an inhalent for asthmatics. If I take a puff of that before I play, I become hella twitchy and my aim is godly.
