I would have to agree with the people saying that it is their server so they can kick you. It was nice of them to tell you why they kicked you, instead of giving you some line about hacking. Move on.

Yes, it doesn't directly say that in the ROE, but I'm sure that BF2RS will agree that it is abuse on the Admins' part. Especially when we didn't type anything to harrass them or to provoke a kick. We went in there to have some fun playing, and I really don't think it's right to kick us.

Same thing just happened to me, been kicked three times and banned once this evening all on SF/Warlord servers. Bloody admins kicking me claiming that there's no way someone can get 50 kills to 4 deaths without armour and that i hack

That would indicate that besides that reason, Admins can kick at their descretion.§1.5 Server administrators may not explicitly or implicitly (by actions) enforce restrictions on vehicles or weapons that players can use while on your server (e.g. knives only, aircraft prohibited except for clan members, etc.)

Banning would have been different, I agree with everyone else that atleast they gave you an honest reason, I wouldnt be offened at all, I would just move on and take it as a complement

They're going to be reporting it to BF2RS. I think the other guy in our clan got the message "You're too good to play here"

We were in there for a few hours. Wake came along and Amusedtodeath and I slaughtered in the J10s.
We only lost one flag the whole round. The end score was 240 tickets to 0.
I had 40+ kills and amused had 60+. After that was Mashtuur, and all of us went sniper and were owning again. We won all of these rounds btw. After Mashtuur, Sharqi came, and I don't like Sharqi so I quit, and Redleg (another one of our members) also quit. So that left C1arity and Amused. During Sharqi is when they got kicked and received those kick reasons.
I guess they got tired of losing? I dunno. I don't think it's fair to kick people just because they're better. Anyways, Hopefully these guys lose their ranked status. And if not, let's make sure that their server is empty, shall we?

Plus like others had said it was a kick not a ban so dont worry about it ,it happens to thousands of players every day .If each server lost its ranked status due to people moaning about being kicked there would hardly be any open
