There's one trick of course - and that's th eesact opposite of trying to hug the ground to not be seen..
Take your Black Hawk to 600 feet and drive straight to the airfield. (It's a pain to get to that hight with a BH, but most jet-whores won't bother looking for you.)
After that people can spawn in and HALO to the flag - preferably somewhat coordinated so that 4-5 land at the same time, reducing capping-time.
This is never used public because the BH pilot gets 0 0 0 0 for his efforts even though he migh break a lock on the carrier and help the US get a foothold..
