Kick Vote moral...

So today I was playing Taraba Quarry, had the Su34 and got shot dow, so I respawned at the hangar and this QUEBEC clan (actually can you call that a clan... it's just where he obviously lives) tard comes and shoots me... I say ok... spawn again there, plane not spawned yet... guess what? tk again... So I launched a kick vote, stating in clear capslock letters over and over again, that he was a teamkiller... noonetheless, only 6 of the 12 needed actually votet "yes". So I'm wondering... why do people don't vote if it's obviously some ignorant idiot who kills their own teammates? If someone tells me, I'm instantly on the "yes" button... (btw, this is not my first usuccessful tk vote, happens most of the time actually)

Many people opt out of voting, its a clickable option in BFHQ.
If its clicked, player doesn't even see the votes come up, whether its for kick, mutiny, or new map.
That's why successful votes on any subject are rare, esp in public servers.

Btw aren't the opt put completely taken out of the count (e.g. you just have to get 11 votes instead of 12?)

I know that I usually ignore kick votes, especially if some yells over chat that someone's a tker. It's just a habit, 'cause on wake or maps where people all want the same vehicle, the tking is done by some many people and the majority of it's forced. The only reason that I leave the voting enabled is in case a commander needs mutinied.

i have opted out cause i played on alot of servers where kick votes ran constantly, for lame reasons like they wanted to kick the best players on the other team or who killed them last, putting to much stupid writing across my screen....

now if i could just find away to mute the people screaming hacker!!, basecamper.... and so on.

The obvious way to increase the chances of a successful kick vote is to send a message to everyone explaining why they should vote to kick. I don't know how anyone expects to get votes without telling everyone why they should support the kick. I usually vote to kick if someone messages "stupidnoob TK'd me for the plane."

I hate snipers so I would also vote to kick if someone wrote "stupidnoob is a sniper."

It still never works though. I've only seen one or two successful kick votes.

Belive there are people here who just do it for fun. Also hate people who take out that option. Make no sense taking it out so if its out it should be yes for those players or nothing at all. It need to adapt after how many player have it on.
