Hi there, I'm still not able tp play AF...got the booster but each and every time I load on a server, the game close and I'm back to my desktop...

1.3 bugs FTW...only thing I know of is waiting for 1.31...sorry.
Yeah, I get that a lot now too. Didn't happen when AF first came out. I had no problems at all. Now I get CTD or it freezes when I get in the game. I just gave up and quit trying. Back to Wake Island!
It usually happens to me when I try joining a server through XFire.. I haven't had ANY problems before Friday, and now it's almost frequent..

Having a lot of CTD as well as total lockup. Sometimes the lockup can be fixed by going to Task Mgr and killing the app, but more often than not it hoses the entire machine - requiring a reboote to do ANYthing.
Haven't seen a pattern yet. Sometimes it hoses on joining a server (not through Xfire), sometimes it hoses right in the middle of a game. Regardless, it's fast becoming frustrating. Wish they'd get on this bug fix quickly.

I sure don't understand it. Last night I tried joining a server, CTD, restarted the game and tried joining the same server........and bamm!!!!!! Made it in and played for 2-3 hours with no problems. Makes no sense to me.
I get CTD's, complete freezes, I get randomly disconnected from servers all the time after 1.3
I've tried everything I could think of, I have no choice but to blame it on EA because it never happend EVER pre 1.3

I've beta tested games that ran more smoothly then bf2 lol
