Hey how do you guys play support right. I am prone stationary and some fucktard runs across the street I shoot him then he prones and shoots me 2 shots I'm dead mostly ak 101s and those fuckin gay ass medic guns. Even is close range I get raped by all types of assult rifles. Long range against assault rifles and medic guns I still get raped I am by no means a bad shot ethier. I know since 1.2 support guns are more accurate but still are at a disadvantage against other rifles. The only advantages I can think of are more bulets. Can you guys give me some tips if possible to become a better support.

ummmm.....you can snipe like me, or when I dont snipe I love the G36E (2nd tier medic unlock) because of its extreme accuracy....or if you really want to stick with support, I guess you could just go on a knife and pistol server and light everyone up like a christmas tree. Personally I just hate support. So yea.

When close range dont just fire 3-4 shots at a time, unload your entire clip and be quick about it. When facing multiple people spray it at their feet, so if they dolphin dive your shots hit them in the face and they get killed.
noobs will crouch or stand up and spray their gun, the support gun is not meant to be used like that.

Don't know how much it will help, but during my brief stint with the support kit, I would shoot for the waistline, and if they started to drop into prone, just lower so I was shooting where there head was going to be.
you are kidding right??? support pwns keep in mind if u r standing u wont hit much but prone omg it cuts enemys down but yes over rage rifles will win if they good with the aim. So to use support properly hit the dirt unleash hell on them over long range short controled bursts will knock em down. hope this helps???

but u must know how to play
if u will run all over the map like a medic, ppl will kick Ur ass
u should move slow in places that ppl use to run for flag
then u got time to aim

All support guns pwn, i use the M249 SAW all the time, you can own any kit with it, sometimes they have those lucky shots but well.
Always try to be prone and ready to shoot BEFORE meeting your enemy. MEANING: DONT CONSTANTLY RUSH!
Watch your crosshairs when going prone. when they're at their smallest, you can shoot properly.
Use your infinite nades just to get your enemy to move so you can hit the dirt and get your aim ready properly.
Always maintain control over your fire. Don't go on an all out spray!
Get up from prone using CROUCH as there is no standing-up delay that way

Well first off don't even waste your time trying to shoot someone running at 90 degrees to you. Also learn how to bunny hop, dolphin dive and prone croust fast. Also never walk out into the open and never stay in one place for more than a second. Yes 1 second. Get yourself into positions where you have the advantage. I dod this for medic and i have a spm of 6.3, Its a different kit but the principle is the same.
Keep as much cover as you can, and if you see someone at very close range unload until they are dead, you dont need bursts at this range as 85% of bullets will hit. Anything further than extreme close range, your best bet is burst at the waist/knees. If they go prone (like 95% of people will do) their head will pass through your line of fire and you get a kill. Don't expect to kill someone with an assault rifle all of the time, they are not very accurate, but alot more than the LMG. And finnaly, remember to always go prone, you won't hit anything without using it. Hope I helped a bit.
Disagree with almost everyone else here, you should rush be the first in your team anywhere and make sure your prone when shooting. If its long range use bursts if its close use full auto, and always use PKM. The others just don't have the stopping power.
Never camp, you should always be the aggressor, chase other people who are trying to run away or reload (you don't have to). never wait for the enemy to get to you always run at them dolphin dive and shoot for the body.
By doing this i get kills quicker with the PKM then armor whoreing karkand

Well the PKM is the weapon of choice that can mow down infantry with unlimited ammo as a benefit. The only drawback is that you have to be prone.
TO correctly use the PKM you have to be prone and fire in bursts; mainly 2-5 shots bursts will do the trick, but remember, go prone kill your enemy and move, otherwise you are a target.

Long range fire in 3 bullet bursts, PKM for sniping, M249 for (not much) RPK all around nice gun. And the PLA support gun, Dont know, pla maps are poopy

I personally won't take any LMG advice from someone like this. Apparently the way to improve your KDR with support is to NOT use the gun and just get in a Tank/APC/Helo/Plane.
PKM sucks man. Use the second unlock or go with the others. SAW owns. PKM takes longer to get accurate and has a shit rate of fire.
Just remember, that in close combat u dont have to look down your sights as support or with any kit for that matter. As long as your prone just spray them and aim for their legs and u will take them down no problem. When they start taking hits most will die before they know what hit them or they will drop to the ground. Rarely do they ever move side to side. Just keep that in mind.
