Not sure, look through the rankings between Sergeant Major and 2nd LT
If I remeber right it's some guy that got it and then never logged back in so that he would never lose the rank.

Well, with the pt total from SgtMaj to 2ndlt being only 10,000 pts, the SgtMaj of the Marine Corps will become obselete.
how exactly do u get the sgt major of corps?
best player of the month or something like that. It was before they changed the ranking system but now theyve just left it to rot
