Nooby commander problem

Well yeah, I've had BF2 for a fairly long time but I haven't really played it much..
So my problem is this:
When I play as commander, I suck.. I don't know how to deny/allow vehicle drop requests and such etcetc. I don't know how to get to that commander map where you can see all the squads, give orders and such. I once found my way there by accident.. All I know is to press T and choose what I want to do, but that's just point n click and it blows..
So some basic commander help would be greatly appreciated.. :-)

There are posts on how to learn commanding. Just make a quick search.
But if you still don't get it then you shouldnt be commanding your team. Nothing is more annoying than a commander who doesn't support the team.

Go to an empty server or single player and practice. Left click on things, right click on things. Scroll up, scroll down, move the arrow keys, etc. You will get the hang of it.

Here is a fairly complete guide to being commander. It hasn't been updated for the vehicle drops, but you should be able to figure that one out.
