G'day,

I started frapsing some footage today and a whole round of sharqi (about 10 minutes) was 6+gig big!
Is there any way I can reduce the filesize that it makes? (I know it makes a big filesize, but 6 gigs seems a bit much for just 1 round). Any tips to get the most footage, with a smaller size?

Also...i'm thinking of making a movie, other than sniper...do people like inf movies?
Some someone link me up a website on battlerecorder tutorials?

try reducing the resilution of the capture. Or if you dont want very bad looking video, run it through Adobe Premiere or a Video converter. I have found this helps heaps.

you might want to also stop recording and then start again. Yes it may be seperate videos but you can always put them together in Imovie, Premiere, etc.

Good to see a fellow Aussie on this forum

all material recorded will be this big as it`s uncompressed...

u have to use a codec to reduce the filesize after all the editing is done.

Use a program called "VirtualDub"

It can compress them for you.
