with the newest requirements, if you stole 1 IAR you'd get basic...if you stole 5 IAR you'd get vet...and if you stole 100 total, you'd be an expert.

thinking it only works for planes/choppers/tanks/apc.... not transports/boats cause theyr 2 easy
