§1. HACK/HACKING
definition: A hacker is a person who creates and modifies computer software and computer hardware, including computer programming, administration, and security-related items. The term usually bears strong connotations, but may be either positive or negative depending on cultural context
per example: hacks include, but are not limited to aimbot, wallhack, decrease of fog, changing of sky colors, adding a crosshair to a sniper rifle unscoped.

§2. GLITCH/GLITCHING
definition: A glitch is a short-lived fault in a system. The term is particularly common in the computing and electronics industries, and in circuit bending, as well as among players of video games, although it is applied to all types of systems including human organizations. The term derives from the German glitschen, meaning 'to slip.'
per example: inside buildings, inside walls, etc
glitches are blips in coding that allow for paranormal things to occur
Figure 2

BOTH of these fall under the catagory of EXPLOITS
they are however, completely different, so when your day of being BF2 little police helper
