why isn't my rank going up to first sergeant? the bar is all the way filled and i have all my badges.. anyone know why?

You have to get the badges before you rank up to first sarge. Since you didn't get the badges before you're stuck on master sarge.

I *think* that if you have special forces you need all the basic spec. ops badges too, but idk for sure.

you need to have the e-bling shit before you reach the 20K. Requirements as stated in UBAR are correct. Sorry mate, but you seem to have missed your chance. Next chance for an "upgraded" rank at 50K, provided you have the necessary e-bling, as stated by the progression bar on your stats sheet.
