How can you see, before you login a level, if it's a level that runs on time?

Sometimes i play on a server where next to the tickets there is a time indication. How can you see before you login on a server if that is the case?
i suppose that it dont display it..
An explanation of what the fuck you're talking anout would be nice
he means if its possible to see the time remaining of the server (if applicable) on the "join server" page when u select a server before joining it
