Well, it all depends on what the situation is. If your at 100 meters, the guy with the G36E is going to win. In close quarters, the AK101 is going to win with people of an equal skill level. But in medium range, there is a chance of either gun winning. The AK-101 will win if the burst from the gun lands in the head area, trust me I've shot at people prone and I've gotten them in one burst with the 101. Sometimes you get unlucky and the shots don't hit. With the G36E, you can fire a couple of bursts and the target is down, then again, you can still get a headshot. and some torso hits. It really all depends. But the AK-101 does feel very realiable. When your in an alleyway with a G36E, you would wish you had a 101, but when your out in the open with the 101, you would wish you had a 36E. I know I do.
And the true deciding factor is, it all depends on a player. I've seen some PFCs shooting an AK101 full auto from the tv station to a guy by the construction site. A good player shouldn't even shoot the AK-101 on single shot from that distance, mainly because your just wasting ammo. Sure you might hit him, but you would do better up close.

i out shoot players all day with my 101 even those with g36e's, but than again............it is my 1 and only fav gun
and ya a good player should be able to not even have to use iron sights, but it all depends on ur play style
i for one dont use iron sights, only rarely when players are soo far i cant almost see them
