For SSgt you need 5000. i currently have 5300+ and still no promo. im just whining like a baby cuz i need that unlock. lol
Seems like the ranking systems are a little fubar'd lately...it'll come...just be patient. For my most recent promotion, I had played continuously in one server 'til I passed 8000 and got no promo. When I disconnected and reconnected to another server in a new game, I got the promo on the first point I got that game.
It may be something like the award requirements for time. Your time quota must be met or surpassed BEFORE you get into the game in which you get the right number of kills. Maybe for ranks, you have to 5000 points before you get into a server.
