jesus i get pissed off everyday at this shit.  i find this incredible chopper pilot/gunner when i flew a helo and this player and i were exchanging emails and shit so we could fly again some other time, for like 4 times in a row i try to give him my email in chat all of a sudden....

boom, my chat gets sweeped out in an instant, i finally give him my email so then he tries to give me his like 5 times, same thing.

we finally get the info exchanged, im just pissed to these dudes who when spotting something say it 8 fucking billion times. it just pisses me off (especially when im typing something very long) when people spam radio or spot the same damn tank 10 times in a row.

so...  i think in a new patch its time for a new blocking system where if the blocking system detects a player using the SAME line more then 4 times, it should block him for about 10 seconds, you guys agree?

Yeah it does kinda, i notice it a lot because im a medic karkand whore and proud of it and i get stop yapping and get off this net. I only get this because i spam out med packs and heal everyone who is around me.

yeah but players spam the chat and dont get blocked because they will wait like 1 second inbetween each line....
and i get blocked just when im in squad say for like 5 lines of normal chat typing normal stuff to people, so i think the block system should block for less times but also block a person when it detects the same line from one person.  what i mean is that ill spot 5 different things, like maybe a car, a tank, a plane, a boat, an apc but i get blocked just because im spotting different things, not spamming it.  so i think the blocking system should only block a player when they type the SAME line or spam the radio chat 4 or 5 times....only the same line though, other then that it shoudlnt be blocked

Only time I really spam the chat is if Im trying to find a sniper in an area where I know he's at, so I'll just keep spotting along a mountain/building/field until I get the message, I apologize to my teammates and explain to them what I was doing.  But I dont try to make it where I get blocked.

I hate that easily.  My mic got busted, so I have to type to my squad (no one joins my squad but the rare times they do).  I'll tell them a short little "surv post" or "hotel" and it'll be wiped by someone who sees the tank and is celebrating it by telling us all around 80 times.

Or people who just press page up and page down repeatedly so all I hear is "affirmative" and "negative" 10 billion times.

Takes the piss.

There needs to be a commander block, it seems like commanders can just put a wight on their page up key and go AFK and they won't be blocked.  Anyway, the only time I would spot it more then once is if It's a tank in our main and no one responded to it the first time.

Also, all chat is stored in the console so you can look for it that way, just press your ~ button, and locate your buddies name, and then you can spend all the time you want reading it.

I think what they need to do is have a seperate block for custom typed stuff and for default commo rose stuff.
