BF2S Forums there is a problem with your conection

OK well every time i go to play bf2 after 5 min or so on a server it will say there is a problem with your connection then, i will lose the connection to the server. is there any way to fix this any ideas my rig specs are

AMD 3400+
1x1gb ram
ati x1600 512mb
x-fi x-music
windows xp home
(just in case this stuff will make a difference i doubt it will and i did search but found nothing that helped so plz dont -1 me thx)
