Cant turn off Anti Aliasing

I've checked every setting, there is no AA being applied to the game, but still it does it.

In game - off.
Riva tuner - off
Nvidia Graphic control panel - off.

I cant turn it off and its driving me mad cause i want to record some stuff with fraps

if its already set to this then it maybe fraps screwing up. maybe try reinstallin it.

Did you by anychance use boris's(badhq) guide to reducing lag? and by anychance make BF2 a high priority process? if so then this is your problem...just delete the batch file and reverse everything you did for that tip...if not then i think there is config. files somewhere in the BF2 folder
