I think the one at Suburb. It covers all three entrances to the flag and is covered by trees if someone comes up behind that building at the rear in an APC. Also it is right next to a spawnpoint so you have a chance to kill an APC capping your flag if it was too stupid to blow it up when it got there.

As a Mec, sneak up the USMC's tow at the left artillery, and hit the enemies vehicles as they go by!

I like suburb and square. Square is right en route of where the APCs bomb past to make a sneak attack, and they can be taken out easy.

Train accident. Good field of fire. Covers the only 2 river crossings. The slope on the left means tanks and apcs have difficulty hitting it from there. And u get a lot of passing HMVs trying to speed there way into the back MEC base. The only drawback is that its a little exposed.

dont realy matter wich one it is if I see a tank comming I'll use it I'm not going to wait there for it
I always do salvo's one shot with the tow and one of my own at rockets gets them every time:D
