BF2S Forums GPU problem

...and if anyone can help me get those damn images up, I'm hosting them on my hawaii.edu account, but that damn bbcode or whatever...

now on topic:

first I'd recommend cleaning your system of the current drivers (make sure you clean everything - use drive cleaner if necessary) and then reinstall the mots up to date drivers

if that does not work - open your rig and take a look at your card. if it is covered in dust you might consider cleaning it (clean your whole rig while on it)

and if both dont work there is always the possibility of reinstalling bf completly (tho it sucks)

I was having similar issues with my nvidia card (7900gtx) and what ended up fixing it for me was reloading my whole OS.  I figured it was my directX that was causing the problem but when I tried to do a reinstall ended up corrupting the whole thing and had to rebuild the pc.

One thing to try to and alt+tab to your desktop, and then alt+tab back into the game to see if it corrects the problem.  With me it corrected the problem for a couple minutes till it came back.
I would recommend checking out your direct X and trying to reinstall it.  I had gone through the whole list of things to try and fix it (including RMA the vid card back)but nothing helped.

Looks like to me you don't have your graphics card set up properly, my suggestion would be updating your graphics cards and drivers see how you get on, as well as send email to ea support see what they have to say.
