your lucky im bored, this definatly sounds like a spyware/virus issue. this should be moved to tech but since u used the tweaks it could be something there that caused it but Im gonna assume its not.
Do the following to resolve any spyware or virus issues.
Do this at your own risk.
Install and use these programs:
Ad-Aware® SE Personal Edition also install the
VX2 Add-on CleanerSpybot Search & DestroyCWShredderrun them in SAFE MODE if you can or if you can't then run them in normal mode.
You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.
Run an online virus scan
trendmicroTrendmicro's "housecall" is free so if the online scan shows a virus just download the software and use it in safe mode.
Uninstall Malware from Windows Add/Remove Program Tab
Open your add/remove programs tab and remove any of the following programs if you find them listed. These are all malware (spyware/adware) entry’s that may appear in the add/remove programs tab so IF you find the entry...uninstall the program.

Finally Run Hijackthis and create a long then pm me the log and ill review it for u.(DO NOT do this in safe mode)

sorry for the caps but i wont be responsible for your PC getting screwed, this program can trash your system if u dont know what ur doing.
Hijackthisheres what u want to do before u run the scan and create the log.
Make sure the hijackthis program is updated and in it's own folder on the root drive (C:\HJT).
If you are using msconfigs selective startup please make sure EVERYTHING in the startup tab is checked cause I need to see everything listed there.
(Click Start>>Run>>Type in msconfig. Once that loads open the STARTUP tab. Make sure there is a checkmark in every box in the list. Click APPLY. Or you can select "Normal Startup-load all device drivers and services" under the General tab. You may be asked to REBOOT. do so.)
Make sure you close down EVERY open window and close ALL browser windows. The only thing that should be open is the Hijackthis program.
remember just create a log. then open the log it creates in notepad and send it to me in a PM.
