Well, Im 100% sure i had the 100 hours as the support class to get expert. I was playin karkand and killin some folks trying my best to get 40 kills. I only used the support class and got 47 kills in the round... no expert badge...
The only thing I can think of is that you definatly have to have 100 hours first, THEN get the 40 kills.
So example, if you start in the server with 99 hours 59 minutes, and get 40 kills IAR which would obvisouly pass the 100 hour requierment, it still wont count.
You have to get the 100 first, and then wait for your stats update before going for the 40 kills.
