Reminds me (somehow) of a funny situation on Wake the other day. The US wasn't bothering to take any flags so me and a buddy flew to the carrier and I pulled my chute too soon and hit the water. One of the USMC guys saw me and dove in after me when he could have easily shot me. So we were swimming right next to each other (<.5 m) racing to the lower deck of the carrier to kill one another first. Luckily I reached a RIB first and shot him with the MG. It was a good laugh.

I always go down with the chopper. U can always spawn again and get that guy back. Besides, it's pointless to ditch in the middle of BFE and spend half the game trying to make it to a flag. Only to be killed the second u make it to the flag.
Can this rule apply for people who jump aimlessly when they're under fire? Cuz I got one, you're under fire by enemy foots and possibly some hostile armor... you see a break in a stone wall, do you:
A) RUN & Bunnyhop at the same time, looking ridiculously ghey in hopes that it might most likely save you?
or
B) Look like the Hollywood action movie scene it should be and run to the break, JUMPING at the last second, pretending that you dive into a combat roll away from the heat.
