Well, I pre-ordered the game and got it as soon as it hit shelves (literally, it was still in the shipping boxes), but I didn't start playing online till about October, but, if I played more and started on the release day, I think that I would be getting close to Captain/Major... I'm just too busy with the rest of my life to let the great game of BF2 dominate it (i've finally fought off my recent addiction of playing for 7 hrs. a day
I did buy the game when it came out.... look at me now.
