Alright, basically, what Polarbearz said was right. Whoever the squad leader is needs to stay back, and hide in an enclosed position. And don't tell me our strats should be on the medics forum, because every good clan knows this. So, in closing, Medics FTW.

Vengence should play without any question. He's nice on xfire too . Well, I'm going to go look at our guys stats give some suggestions on who to use.

OUR team takes this very VERY seriously, we have detailed plans of each one of your players and we know all of your weaknesses, we have also created a sound file that is played through headphones when one of our players sleeps which repeats the words "must win, snipers must die" then that is all the player thinks about. What's up with the good players = squad leaders mentality?
We need squad leaders to stay back and covered so we can have a constant rush of medics in order to dispose of clays and to keep pushing up. the better players need to be at the front to pick off snipers

this is not to demote the less better players, but they should be sl,. and stay back so the "better" guys can rush in and get the job done, though i might be boring for the squadleader to really stand back, so they could just rush after the squad (which was mentioned in another topic/post) which i like the idea of.
