I got Armored Fury the other day and seeing how Operation Harvest has a ton of tanks, I figured I'd go for the Armored Vehicle ribbon. One that I was robbed of before because of a time restraint. I still think that for these ribbons, the time should be removed because if you can get 19 kills in an armored vehicle, you're good enough, you don't need to spend extra time in there. So anyways, he's my lucky story:
I just came off from finishing a round at Operation Harvest. I've been trying to get that Armored Vehicle ribbon since I got AF and this is obviously the best map for it. I went in the tank at the beginning of the round and kept mowing people down, I eventually got the 19 kills I needed but I was short a few minutes. Our team absolutely dominated where their tickets were dropping rapidly. At the same time, I was hoping we would win (not that there was a doubt in my mind) but I was also praying they took a few points back just so I could get that time. They never got the points back and when they had 5 tickets left, I died in the tank. Apparently I died with 19 minutes and 59 seconds using the tank. I respawned luckily next to a tank with one ticket left on the other side and jumped in, I got that split second I needed to win the ribbon and then the round ended. I was simply amazed.
